In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavor to provide an alternative option or refund, but we will not be responsible for any additional costs, expenses, or losses incurred.

Conduct

As a participant of AIM Congress, you agree to behave in a professional and respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the event, without refund or compensation, if their behavior is considered inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive.

All content, materials, and presentations provided during AIM Congress are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content or materials from the Event without the prior written consent of the copyright owner.

Liability and Indemnification
