The Sustainable City by Diamond Developers was recognized as the “happiest community” in GCC at the first Gulf Real Estate Awards instituted by the Dubai Land Department for the third year running. 

Our strategy takes a three-tiered approach: Social, Environmental and Economic. Social sustainability is achieved through an abundance of amenities and community outreach programs.
