IT Vision

Jon Jetullahu is the CEO of IT Vision, a prominent technology company based in Kosovo, specializing in trusted digital services, including eIDAS-accredited electronic identification, qualified certificates for electronic signatures, and biometric signature solutions. Under his leadership, IT Vision has successfully brought eID services to Kosovo and Montenegro, also offering advanced e-wallet, this giving Kosovo the status of Pioneer in developing the first national wallet in EU. Jon is also actively involved in the development of Kosovo’s national eID platform, positioning IT Vision as a key player in the digital transformation of the region. In addition to his role at IT Vision, Jon is deeply engaged in various projects related to digitalization, innovation, and sustainable development. He also holds management roles in Economy Development NGOs, where he has facilitated numerous collaborations fostering entrepreneurship, cross-border trade, and technological advancements in sectors such as economy, regional development, tourism and IT. He has also played a key role in numerous EU; World Bank; USAID; GIZ; RCC; IPA; multiple Balkan’s Governments projects, on advancement of Trade; harmonized Education; Technology; Grant Management; Digital European Tourism; advocating for greater inclusion etc... Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Business Management from the University of Derby (UK), and his professional career also involves Regional Management Roles in German Startup(s) awarded as EU’s nr1 Startup.
