Karim ElDeeb has over 16 years of diverse experience between multinational corporations and startups/scaleups in the fields of telecom, tech, logistics and mobility. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer (COO) of Bosta -one of Egypt’s fastest growing scaleups in the field of e-commerce logistics- where he is leading the operations, the commercial activities, the care and the business excellence for Egypt. Prior to that, he was the Director of Operations at Careem Egypt for over 3 years whereby he helped hundreds of thousands of part-time and full-time drivers to have a respectful income through enabling tech services. He was managing the acquisition, performance, retention, and quality of all the supply funnel. Between 2008 and 2014, he moved within the telecom sector from Orange in Egypt to Huawei in UAE. Besides the above mentioned, Karim has co-founded “Baddel” the first bike sharing system in Egypt in 2017, where it served 3 cites across Egypt, before he existed late in 2019. Karim holds a bachelor's degree of Engineering in Telecommunications from Cairo University and an MBA from ESLSCA university & his dream is to build Egypt’s next unicorn.
