Jeremy Miocevic focuses his practice on the UAE and other Gulf Co-operation Council (“GCC”) countries. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the region and is well versed in the corporate transactional work in the GCC. He advises on mergers & acquisitions, market-leading private equity deals, and venture capital investments in the region. He also advises some of the region’s largest corporates on strategic corporate advisory and governance matters. His clients include investment banks, private equity houses, multi-national and regional businesses as well as family offices.
