Miishe Addy-Asare is co-Founder and CEO of Jetstream, an e-logistics and financing company headquartered in Tema, Ghana. Jetstream is Africa’s largest digital freight forwarder and financier, with 500 mid-market business customers served. Miishe started her career as a top-ranked strategy analyst for Bain & Company in New York, practiced transactional law, and has consulted global development organizations, including TechnoServe and Global Partnerships. Addy was recognized by the Project Management Institute as one of the top 50 next-generation project managers globally. Jetstream is noted for its innovation in AI-enabled loan origination, and was recently inducted into the World Economic Forum’s 2024 cohort of Tech Pioneers. Miishe earned an honors BA in Philosophy from Harvard College, and a JD from Stanford Law School. She lives in Ghana.
