Dr. Bertha Yenwo Yiberla Ndzerem is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and advocate for women’s empowerment whose life work spans decades of impactful service, groundbreaking initiatives, and transformational leadership. Dr. Bertha’s dedication to humanity and her transformative contributions have earned her numerous accolades and recognitions: In 2021, she received the Phenomenal Woman of Worth Award by the African Women in Leadership Organization (AWLO), celebrating her role in uplifting humanity. In 2023, she was honored with the Leading Woman of the Year and Inspirational Woman of the Year awards from the African Women Economic and Leadership Awards (AWELFA) for her exemplary leadership and service. In 2024, she received the International Human Solidarity Award by the Socrates Social Research University at the India International Center in New Delhi, recognizing her outstanding contributions to community development and leadership. She also received a Recognition Award by the International Academic and Management Association for her unwavering commitment to nation-building and community service. Dr. Bertha is a certified and accomplished professional. She is a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker, a PMO Certified Practitioner and a Certified Business Counselor. Dr. Bertha is the founder and managing director of Mike Denny Institute of Excellence, which focuses on youth education and character development, instilling the right values from an early age, and preparing future leaders through innovative learning methods and digital literacy program. Dr. Bertha’s professional foundation is built on a solid academic and career background. She holds an Honorary Doctorate Award in social service(Honoris Causa) from the Socrates Social Research University in New Delhi India in recognition of her concern and commitment towards the society, a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Yaoundé and a Diploma in Taxation from the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM), Cameroon.
