Layth Dwairi COO, Tathmeer | CEO, TechAgro | Visionary Leader in Agriculture, Technology & Sustainability Mr. Layth Dwairi is a distinguished leader with over 20 years of expertise in agriculture, technology, and strategic investment. As COO of Tathmeer, he is spearheading the transformation of agriculture in the UAE, integrating cutting-edge technology, sustainable practices, and investment-driven growth. His expertise is deeply rooted in a century-old family legacy in agriculture and mining since 1919. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from J.U.S.T University, Jordan, a Master’s in International Business from New York University, USA, and a Master’s in Law and Dispute Resolution from The British University in Dubai, equipping him with a unique fusion of technical, financial, and legal acumen. Layth has structured and led over five large-scale farming projects across the region and is the founder of TechAgro, one of the largest smart farms in the UAE. His Nano Grow Pro System, a breakthrough in agricultural innovation, earned him the Best Innovation for Smart Agriculture Award 2023 by Sharjah Research Technology & Innovation Park. As a board member and managing director in leading firms, Layth is dedicated to driving investment in sustainable agriculture, fostering innovation, and advancing food security initiatives.
