I founded PSP Angels to solve key online payment challenges and developed the Soltesz Payment Framework, used globally. I also established The Soltesz Institute, the leading certification body for payments and banking industry. As a corporate advisory and M&A expert, I partner with firms in Malta and Cyprus, enhancing payment infrastructures for iGaming. I sit on advisory boards for financial institutions and am a Certified Trainer, former lecturer, and sought-after industry speaker. I authored Moving Money – How Banks Think, an Amazon bestseller, and was named Businesswoman of the Year 2023 and Payment Consultant of the Year 2024.
