At FortyGuard, he is developing scalable tools to reduce urban heat, enhance sustainability, and embed temperature data into everyday decisions across industries. Jay has 5 years of engineering experience, a decade in private equity, and 5 years in media, giving him a multidisciplinary edge in building and backing technology ventures. He is a 3-time founder with a track record of launching and scaling startups, and serves on AI and climate advisory boards for major global foundations. Born in Abu Dhabi, Jay is an international award-winning entrepreneur and a collaborator with NVIDIA, Google, Microsoft, and others—pushing the frontier of AI, sustainability, and infrastructure resilience.
