Shanil began his professional journey at National Australia Bank in Melbourne, where he honed his expertise across retail banking, credit risk, and risk mitigation over four formative years. A lifelong learner, he is currently advancing his credentials by pursuing the ACCA qualification. He holds a degree in IT & Business Studies from Deakin University, Melbourne, and further distinguishes himself with an advanced diploma in Loss Prevention & Risk Assessment, as well as Computing (Advanced Mathematics).
