Cláudia Lucas is a project manager with a solid academic background and extensive experience in strategic areas, institutional communication, marketing, event organization, as well as social and corporate projects. She holds a Master's degree in Interdisciplinary Arts from Nova Southeastern University in Florida (USA) and a Bachelor's degree in Humanities from Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma (USA). Throughout her career, she has stood out for her resilience, leadership skills, effective communication, and strategic vision, always committed to developing innovative solutions and ensuring the success of business initiatives. Currently, she is part of the technical team of the Special Economic Zone, where she works as an Advisor, and is also a member of the Technical Support Group for Strategic Affairs within the Board of Directors. Among her key contributions, she has coordinated high-impact projects, such as monitoring social initiatives and the resettlement of populations, in addition to leading the organization of important international events, such as FILDA, the FIN Business Forum Angola, Expo Made in Angola, and participating in conferences of the World Free Zones Organization (AICE) and the African Organization of Special Economic Zones (AEZO). Cláudia also has expertise in administrative management, human resources management, public safety, business intelligence, and knowledge management systems. She is recognized for her ethical profile, strategic planning capabilities, and excellence in the execution of corporate projects.
