Darko Atijas is a seasoned investor and commercial leader with over 17 years of experience in corporate development, investment, and business expansion, particularly in high-growth SaaS and tech ventures. With a track record of $155M+ in tech exits and $300M+ in capital raised, he has played a key role in structuring large licensing and financing deals. As a seasoned investor, he has successfully delivered over three dozen capital raises, led venture-building programs, including a $6M Series A raise for Detected.com which was spun off his UK based corporate finance practice. Darko is currently COO at Tech Universal Ventures, building the next generation of AI education and technology solutions integration.
