Sylvain joined Euroclear in 2013. He is in charge of the Business Development, relationship management and commercial support for Middle East, Africa and Turkey. His role covers more than 200 clients located in more than 60 countries, such as Central Banks, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Supranational, Commercial Banks, Asset Managers and Insurance companies. He is also involved in Capital Market development projects with Ministry of Finances & local authorities. He supervises a commercial team of 9 people based in Dubai and London. Before being appointed as Regional Head for the Middle East, Africa and Turkey, Sylvain held several regional positions such as Head of Sales & Relationship Management, Senior Relationship Manager & Customer Relationship Manager covering clients in Middle East, Africa, CIS & Turkey. Sylvain holds a Bachelor degree in Business & Management from KEDGE Business School (France) as well as a Master degree in Management from SKEMA Business School (France).
