Oleg Ilyin holds the position of Director at ASER. Before entering the consulting business, he worked as Vice President of the QUMMIF investment fund in London, where he was responsible for the analytical division and interaction with international financial institutions. Prior to that, he served as Head of Investment Policy and Business Planning at a major manufacturing holding in the CIS, overseeing financial modeling, fundraising, and M&A transactions. Since 2013, he has been a lecturer in finance and investment programs at the English-language MBA program of BSEU and several private business schools in Belarus. He is the author of more than 50 publications, including articles in Director, Financial Director, Securities Market, Insurance in Belarus, and other journals. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from BSEU and a Master’s in Investment and Finance from Queen Mary University of London.
