Kush has over 24 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and team leadership across multinational environments. He focuses on driving growth, fostering inclusive work environments, and leveraging a deep understanding of diverse industries to inspire innovation. Kush heads Eurasia and Middle East for ACCA. He has been with ACCA for 12 years. Kush led the growth strategy in India, collaborating closely with global teams to drive results and expand ACCA’s footprint in the region. He has closely worked with employer partners, education providers and national bodies to develop the accountancy profession in the country. Kush’s prior experience includes leadership roles at HDFC Asset Management, where he headed the Middle East operations, and at Citigroup, where he spearheaded business development and product profitability initiatives. A Chartered Accountant and an MBA from the Indian School of Business, Kush is a recognized thought leader, regularly speaking at industry forums on topics such as digital expansion, talent management, and professional development. He is passionate about supporting the underprivileged and is a founding angel at the Nudge Institute supporting communities for sustainable economic growth.
