Ousmane is the Director of Non-Sovereign Operations and Private Sector Support Department. He is also the Acting Director for Industry and Trade Development and has oversight on AfDB’s Industrial Policy and Programmes. He spent the last 18 years of his career between AfDB and the World Bank Group focusing on Infrastructure, Power, Manufacturing, Services and Private Equity providing strategic leadership on country planning, ministerial dialogue, project development and financing in the African continent.
