Lawyer graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP). Member of the Lima Bar Association. He has a specialization in Mergers & Acquisitions from the New York Institute of Finance and post-graduated degrees in International Taxation from PUCP and ESAN–Business School. Member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law (Instituto Peruano de Derecho Tributario - IPDT). Extensive experience in providing tax advisory services related to acquisition transactions or international tax planning, corporate reorganizations. Edwin has been involved in several merger and acquisition regional processes (including post-merger integration work) and has participated in the view of the finance modeling engagements verifying the tax assumptions. Currently, Edwin is the Tax leader for the Private Equity Initiative for EY Latam and foreign investors.
