I am the Founder and CEO of Ahmed AlRaeesi Advocates and Legal Consultants. I am an accredited lawyer registered with the DIFC, ADGM, UAE Federal and Local Courts. Additionally, I serve as an arbitrator at the Dubai International Arbitration Center (DIAC), the Sharjah Center for International Commercial Arbitration (Tahkeem), and the RAK Mediation & Arbitration Centre (RAK MAC). I am also a member of the DIFC Court User Committee (CUC) and the Emirates Entrepreneurship Association.
