Loubna Imenchal is a passionate public speaker, women-in-tech advocate, and the founder of Connect2Elevate—a movement dedicated to increasing female representation in the tech industry through mentorship, community, and visibility. With 24 years of executive experience across global markets in multinationals compagnies such as Honeywell, Fedex. she currently serves as VP of Enterprise Business at Logitech, leading an 82+ countries. Previous to that she was VP of johnson control EMEA leading over $3B P&L. A fierce believer in inclusion and equity, she uses every platform—boardrooms, stages, and initiatives—to champion women’s leadership in tech. Based in Dubai, she speaks English, French, and Arabic.
