Nikolay has over 15 years of experience in human resources management. His current place of work is Gazprom Neft, previously he held senior positions in the largest consulting companies in Russia for 7 years. Under his leadership, hundreds of projects were completed for Russian oil and gas companies, petrochemical and metallurgical holdings, the nuclear industry, and electric power companies. Nikolay Dolgov holds an MBA degree from the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship programme at the MIRBIS Moscow International Graduate School of Business and is an invited expert for the Gazprom MBA: Managing an Oil and Gas Corporation in a Global Environment programme.
