Sergey Viktorovich Smorodnikov has been working in the Amur Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry Union (hereinafter referred to as the Amur Region CCI) since July 2021. During the period of S.V. Smorodnikov's leadership, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Amur Region has maintained a positive business image, economic stability and a steady pace of development. The well–thought-out and consistently implemented personnel policy of Smorodnikov S.V. allowed us to form a team of like-minded people united by a common idea - to promote the development of entrepreneurship in the Amur region.
