Areas of expertise include the provision of strategic leadership in multiple factory locations in Ireland, Africa and North America, change management, value creation and corporate governance. Possesses a proven track record of delivering the highest standards of manufacturing excellence whilst maintaining best in class employee engagement. Currently serving second term as the Minister of Commerce Industry and Trade having entered the political arena in 2018.
