Andrey Alexandrovich Shestakov, born on January 1, 1956, in Pyatigorye, Perm Region, is a distinguished economist. With degrees in engineering, economics, and psychology, he led key financial and industrial institutions, including Sberbank Tula and the Tula Chamber of Commerce. Honored as a Merited Economist of Russia and Tula’s Honorary Citizen.
