Hany is a driving force in Egypt's innovation landscape, leading the Innovation Support Fund under the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. He empowers young entrepreneurs through strategic initiatives, drawing on over fifteen years of experience bridging academia and industry. His expertise spans policy development, program implementation, and mentorship, ensuring emerging businesses access crucial resources. As Chairperson of the Egyptian Youth Entrepreneurs Association, Hany fosters a supportive environment, connecting entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and stakeholders. This promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing, vital for entrepreneurial success. Previously, as Vice Dean at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, he championed programs enhancing student experience and cultivating an entrepreneurial spirit. His academic foundation, including a Doctor of Philosophy in Green Supply Chain Management from the University of Strathclyde, equips him to optimize operations and promote sustainability. His contributions, marked by publications and awards, highlight his commitment to driving innovation and empowering future leaders.
