Ambereen Mirza is an accomplished entrepreneur, educationist, and international development executive. She is the Founder and President of PoliKey, the key for developing a lasting and positive impact at the intersection of policy and business. Ambereen's leadership extends to her role as past President of OPEN Global, a nonprofit organization that empowers Pakistani entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide. With her strategic vision, she revitalized the OPEN brand through several innovative programs, expanded its reach, and revived the annual retreat after Covid. Ambereen's journey began in wealth management at Morgan Stanley. She later ventured into consulting, providing guidance on business planning, fundraising strategies, organizational development and fostering partnerships. Her expertise spans various sectors, including real estate, healthcare, media, education, and financial inclusion, across North America and the Caribbean, MENA, Southeastern Europe, and South and Central Asia. Recognized for her exceptional contributions, Ambereen received the 2019 Green Initiative Leadership Award from Boston GreenFest for her work in supporting natural disaster programs from Haiti to Houston, to Afghanistan and Pakistan. Passionate about mentoring and teaching, she has shared her knowledge through teaching engagements at Tufts University and mentoring entrepreneurs at Root Cause, an accelerator in Boston. Ambereen holds a Master of International Public Policy degree from the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and History from Tufts University. Her dedication to international affairs and socio-economic development continues to motivate her work.
