Grazvydas Bajoras is a senior commercial development professional with high level negotiations and financial risk management experience at global Energy and Aviation companies. He has established and was elected Chairman and CEO of Management Boards oil products supply and trading organization for the Oil Refinery group of companies in East Europe with annual revenues of USD 3 billion in 2003. The implementation of successful strategy of oil product sales and supply has resulted in total value added of USD 100 million annually. After more than 22 years of commercial experience with the Williams Companies in the USA (www.williams.com), PKN Orlen (www.orlenlietuva.lt), and BP plc in Europe, he has what it takes to contribute towards teams in achieving challenging business expansion goals. Besides his strong sales background, Grazvydas is fluent in English, Lithuanian, Russian and German. Grazvydas is passionate about helping Renewable Energy startups reach their fullest potential and creating innovative business models. When he is not working, he enjoys jogging and playing tennis with friends.
