Sumaya Rehman is the Founder & CEO of the firm, with close to 20 years of experience within Talent Acquisition and Human Capital Management. She was previously heading Talent Acquisition and recruitment at Goldman Sachs across regions for over 10 years. Prior to that, she globally managed recruitment for luxury retail at LVMH (DFS Group). She has extensive experience in consistently partnering with business heads and has developed comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for business growth, strategic hiring, and team build-outs across regions. Other than pure recruitment, she also managed overall HR for Investment Research in APAC and lead HR for the Asset Management businesses globally, giving her the breadth of knowledge of best in class HR solutions for growing businesses. High Street Resources' footprint also runs across Hong Kong, Singapore, Geneva and London, through global partnerships.
