Heba Hany Mohamed Shehata is a seasoned expert in strategic partnerships, program development, and investment readiness, with a proven track record across international organizations and private sector initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Partnerships, Programs, and Communication at Exits MENA, she drives revenue-generating strategies, ecosystem engagement, and high-impact collaborations in the MENA region. Previously, Heba held leadership roles at J-PAL, the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the International Monetary Fund (IMF), focusing on policy development, SME support, and economic research. She has successfully led large-scale programs, secured key partnerships, and facilitated investment opportunities for startups and SMEs. With a strong academic background, Heba holds dual Master’s degrees in Development Economics and International Project Management from Université Paris-Est Créteil. She is recognized for her expertise in economic analysis, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, making her a key player in shaping economic and business landscapes in Egypt.
