Alexander Rapatz is Founding & Managing Partner of Black Manta Capital Partners (BMCP), a BaFin-regulated next generation investment bank based in Munich, Germany, focused on digital and tokenized assets. As a full-service provider for all technical, financial and legal aspects of asset and security tokenization, BMCP also provides traditional investment banking services such as capital market listing, structuring and placement. With over 15 years of experience in legal and corporate finance, Alexander is passionate about bringing innovation and efficiency to the capital markets. He is also a board member of the European Super Angels Club, a pan-European angel network that co-invests in deals led by top-tier European investors. Additionally, he is lecturer at the Business Angel Institute, an independent expert for the Horizon Europe program of the European Commission, and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court of the Vienna Chamber of Commerce.
