Fingar Direct Investment was created to help investment promotion agencies tell the world about the unique selling points of their locations, through the use of engaging content and effective storytelling.
As founder and principal, Courtney Fingar provides clients with an objective eye from an experienced journalist; strategic guidance on media relations and communications; and expert content creation. She works with investment promoters to uncover the hidden strengths of your location and better understand how to communicate them to investors.
Courtney is a business editor and top global FDI expert with 20 years of experience in the industry. Most recently the editor-in-chief of Investment Monitor, a digital publication focused on cross-border investment, she previously spent 15 years with the Financial Times where she was head of content for fDi Intelligence and editor-in-chief of fDi Magazine. As part of these roles, she oversaw the creation of sponsored content campaigns for clients (investment promotion agencies, economic development organizations and free zones) aimed at promoting their locations for inward investment and generating leads.
The goal of Fingar Direct Investment is to help investment promoters communicate their location’s FDI story in an effective, impactful way, thereby offering greater odds of engaging investors and meeting investment goals.
