The Mexican Business Council for Foreign Trade, Investment and Technology (COMCE, by its acronym in Spanish) is an organization created by the Mexican private sector to support the government of Mexico and private companies in their efforts to attract foreign trade, investment and technological development.
COMCE emerges in the 1950’s as the Mexican Business Council for International Affairs (CEMAI); in 1999 it merges with the National Council of Foreign Trade (CONACEX) to create COMCE.
Mr. Valentín Díez is the Chairman of the National Board of Directors of COMCE and Mr. Héctor Alvarez de la Cadena is the Chairman of the International Section for Africa and the Middle East.
