Saudi Institutions Confirm Partnership with AIM Startup During BIBAN 2017

The AIM Startup Organizing Committee has confirmed its partnership with two institutions in Saudi – the Prince Mohammad Bin Salman College of Business and Entrepreneurship (MBSC) and the Al Badir Program for Technology Incubators.

The MoU signed between AIM’s CEO Dawood Al Shezawi and Osama M. Hashri, Head of Development and Strategic Alliances for MBSC confirms their participation in the event as AIM Startup’s “Knowledge Partner – Saudi”. In another MoU signing, Nawaf al Sahhaf, CEO of Al Badir Program for Technology Incubators was confirmed as AIM Startup’s “Gold Sponsor – Saudi”. MBSC is a new private, higher education institution for both men and women while Badir is a program launched by King Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) in 2007.

The MoU signing happened in conjunction with the BIBAN 2017, where the AIM Startup Organizing Committee also participated as an exhibitor. BIBAN, which was held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, aimed to raise community awareness about the importance of innovation and creativity for entrepreneurship. It is attended by investors, entrepreneurs, innovators and start-up companies.
